TERMS OF SERVICE

Hotel Guest Rules & Regulations

            Residencia Suites Hotel management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by the rules and regulations, whose aim is to ensure peaceful, safe and comfortable stay for our guests.

  1. ) Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days. A hotel day starts at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 pm of the following day.

  2. ) The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card upon check-in or collect cash for the entire stay in the hotel. Personal checks are not accepted.

  3. ) All departures after 12:00 pm will be considered as late.  Additional cost of half of one (1) day stay of room will be applied if departure is between 12:01 pm – 6:00 pm. If departure is after 6:00 pm, an extra one (1) day charge with breakfast will be charged.

  4. ) If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check-out earlier, it is necessary to inform reception 24 hours prior to departure. Otherwise, full day stay with breakfast will be charged.

  5. ) In case of cancellation of further guest stay by the hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of hotel rules, hotel reserves the right to charge the full length of stay as per reservation.

  6. ) Every guest provides its consent to processing his/her personal data for the purpose of checking-in and placing it in the hotel database for safety of stay and privacy.

  7. ) Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 12:00 pm, then pre-registration and payment may be required.

  8. ) For your convenience, hotel has free parking for guests. All vehicles must be listed on the registration at check-in. Residencia Suites Hotel shall not assume liability of responsibility for any contents lost while operated or parked on the hotel property.

  9. ) Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with valid identity documents.

  10. ) It is agreed that the gust will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner, not to provide any disturbances to other guest and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.

  11. ) In all guest rooms, “Do Not Disturb” sign is provided. The door sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to safety and security reasons.

  12. ) When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. All doors lock automatically without a key for your security. Identify any visitor through the eye-spy port on the door. If guest loses or does not return the keycard, he/she is obligated to pay ₱500.00 as replacement loss.

  13. ) The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, break glass points, hornthrobes, manual call points and fire extinguishers for your safety. The hotel reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered with any of these fire-fighting equipments and will be charged with any cost.

  14. ) Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not part of the hotel room equipments are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to the fire safety devices.

  15. ) Residencia Suites Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. In case of non-complicance with this rule, hotel is obliged to charge a penalty of ₱1500.00.

  16. ) Bringing goods of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods of objectionable nature like contraband, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs and pungent foods are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

  17. ) In case of fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached from the inside of your main room door.

  18. ) Wifi internet is free and available in entire hotel. QR code is provided at the reception and on your key card holder.

  19. ) The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying hotel equipment, amenities, technical/digital devices, furniture and other hotel properties due to his/her fault or due to the fault of his/her visitors. Damage to these will be charged at 120% full of new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges.

  20. ) It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the rooms inventory like pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Loss or damage of hotel room items will be charged accordingly.

  21. ) Request for extra pillow, blanket, extra bed, bedsheet, will be charged.

  22. ) Pets are not allowed.

  23. ) The hotel has the right to refuse to store money, securities and valuables belonging especially valuables and items of scientific or artistic value if they pose a threat to safety or their value exceeds the standard of the hotel or if they take up too much space.

  24. ) The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

  25. ) Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purpose is illegal and not allowed.
